At Sort Move, we've always been able to offer Conveyancing solutions through our Non-Standard product, but now we have developed our Click & Quote option for ease of use.

We have two types of Lease Extension on offer: Statutory and Non-Statutory.
» Statutory – the more formal route for a lease extension. If the client has owned the property for two years or more, they are entitled to serve the statutory notice. The terms are fixed with a stricter timetable to adhere to.
» Non-Statutory – can also be known as informal or voluntary lease extension and means that the clients will agree on terms with their landlord upfront. Includes both parties negotiating the terms of the Lease Extension and coming to an agreement. This is often the easier route, with fewer costs and quicker turnaround times.
