We understand that some people often just have a house to sell, without an onward purchase. For those instances, we have set up partnerships with Solicitors who have Sale Only teams in place to deal with your case. They’re used to working on sale cases and that’s all they work on – meaning the process is slick and often cuts down on time to legal completion. If this hasn’t been mentioned to you, please speak to your Estate Agent.
