What do our Home Move Advisers do daily? 

  • Our Home Move Advisers act as primary contact for Estate Agents and their clients.
  • They will handle all incoming calls/emails and proactively manage all Fast-Start cases, ensuring that all 'Sellers/Buyes' are ready and processed to hand over to the solicitor. 
  • Home Move Advisers are on hand to escalate any issues with suppliers or cases, should you need their support. 
  • Our team work alongside our Business Development Managers to grow business levels. 
  • Provide excellent Customer Service from start to finish throughout the customer's home move journey.

Martyna Kisiel and Chantelle Knight

Martyna Kisiel has over ten years of customer service experience in various industries. She has been with the team for some time now, we love her passion for the job, and our customers have shared fantastic feedback. Martyna is excited to be a part of our journey and cannot wait to help more Estate Agents improve their business. In Martyna's spare time, she enjoys a good book; psychological thrillers are usually her go-to. She also loves attending live music events.

Chantelle Knight is new to the business, but never the less has settled in well and is enjoying developing her new career. Chantelle is a recent Law graduate keen to help our solicitors understand the Sort Move process and bring together Agents and Conveyancers, connecting the dots. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling and planning weekend getaways.
