We have a new starter; Morgan Lee

Morgan has joined our Sort Move team as a Regional Business Development Manager and we’re excited to have him on board.

As part of Morgan’s welcome to the company, we spent some time with him last week, finding out a bit more about what has led him to work in our industry and who inspires him.

What attracted you to Sort Move?

The passion of changing the industry for the better

What did you do before joining the team?

I worked within property auctions and worked my way up to a regional business manager. I worked closely with estate agents across the UK giving them extra tools for their estate agency tool bag.

What are your professional goals for the year ahead?

 I want to help Sort Move grow as a business and ensure we provide the best service for all of our clients.

If money was no object, what would you do all day?

Travel the world.

Do you have any hobbies? If so, how did you get into them?

I love to watch football. I try to get to as many games as I can and it is always on the TV. I started playing football from a young age but unfortunately my legs cant hack it anymore!

What led you to pursue your current career?

When I was 16 I fell into the industry whilst I was deciding whether to go to university or not. I haven’t looked back since!

Who inspires you?

My late Grandad.

How would your friends describe you?

Friendly, approachable and most of all, funny.

If you had to describe yourself as animal, which one would it be?

 I would be an Elephant. I feel as if I am a great leader and I find working as a group helps achieve the best results.
