What will Fast-Start Include?

Our Fast-Start product allows clients to complete important Conveyancing documents such as:

  • Seller - Client Questionnaire, Property Information Form (TA6), Title Register & Plan, Fixtures and Fittings (TA10) and if necessary, Leasehold Questionnaire (TA7)
  • Purchases: Client Questionnaire and Terms of Business
  • Along with these documents, Fast-Start also includes Biometric ID, AML checks and digitally signed documents, which are filled in electronically and securely, in the comfort of the client's own home.
