What do you enjoy about working for Sort Group?

I learn something new every day and I find it interesting. I enjoy helping customers and resolving issues.

What questions do you mostly get asked?

I mostly get asked for updates on cases. I then chase the solicitors to ensure everyone is kept in the loop.

What advice would you give someone who wants to work in customer services?

It is best to have a sense of humour and care about the job. The customer needs to know they are taken seriously.

I enjoy planning holidays and finding new places to visit. I am also partial to a shopping trip.

What're your top tips for resolving an issue?

Listen carefully to the customer to understand how best to help them efficiently. I also like to try and make them laugh and build rapport to be more personable.

What are you currently looking forward to the most?

I am going to Gibraltar this weekend for a week! And I am surprising my boyfriend with a trip away for his 30th birthday .

Tell us something most people don’t know about you?

I was in an episode of Bondi Rescue during my time travelling Australia. (Not sure if it counts as I wasn’t being rescued!)

What’s your favourite food?

I love a roast dinner every Sunday in the autumn/winter. I aim to go somewhere new each week and find new quaint places to eat.
