Our new supplier is now onboard our Sort Move system for EPCs and floor plans, with other add-ons coming available in the future! 

 

Here at Sort Move, we know your customer is required to have an Energy Performance Certificate to sell their property. We partner with a supplier who can provide these for you at a reasonable cost.

NicheCom will be supplying you with Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Floor plans at an additional cost.

 

Changes/essential information for using NicheCom 

 

• ⇾ Referral fees are now £0-£50

 

• ⇾ The product is only available in England and Wales.

 

• ⇾ Some remote postcodes carry an additional fee of £85+VAT (See website for more information)

 

• ⇾ Floor plans are at an additional cost of £10+VAT to use service.
