Last week We were delighted to announce that Sort Move has made it to the final in this year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards in the category: Customer Satisfaction Innovation.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the UK’s most prestigious Customer Service awards, run by the professional body for Customer Service, The Institute of Customer Service.
Founded in 1996 and formally incorporated in February 1997, the institute helps its members improve their customers’ experience and business performance.
The Awards the institute provides will recognise those who have gone above and beyond during what will have been an extremely challenging year.
The past year has been challenging for many organisations, but it has also allowed reflecting and reviewing. With this in mind and the pride for our innovative product, Fast-Start, we decided to go for it and show the UK what we can do!
Becoming a finalist in the category, Customer Satisfaction Innovation has been an excellent success for Sort Move; not only is this our first finalist stage win, but we are also up against some big household names such as Yell and Nestle!
Our Fast-Start product has stolen the show this year and the reason behind our finalist position.
Fast-Start is a bespoke onboarding process that allows sellers to become ‘sale ready’ by completing their Conveyancing paperwork and forms when they list their house on the market – before they have an offer.
This means they’ll be ready to start the legal process as soon as they have an offer agreed, cutting down weeks to legal exchange.

Not only have our turnaround times been remarkable, but so have our team. We have a support team of home move advisors who guide and advise the clients throughout their home move journey, pointing them in the right direction to find information when completing their forms.
This, combined with our overall brand and customer service, will see us in good stead and hopefully worthy winners of this fantastic award.
