Fast-Start is a bespoke onboarding process allowing a seller to become ‘Sale Ready’ by completing all the necessary conveyancing forms and paperwork in advance. Doing this means they will be ready to start the conveyancing process as soon as they find a buyer. Overall, this will increase the speed at which the legal exchange is achieved.
We also have a secure document manager for you and your client, allowing you both to upload documents online, (e.g. certificates and guarantees).
