Welcome, Chloe! Why did you decide to join Sort Move?

 I used to work in Property Services, and wanted to get back in the industry! I also loved the idea of being a part of a company that is always developing and pushing new innovative ideas.

What were your previous job roles?

I’ve worked mainly in sales across different industries, but my most interesting job was working as a costume character for Alton Towers.

What advice would you give someone who wants to work in customer services?

Patience is essential, and it’s absolutely vital to always listen!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love spending time with my friends and family and going on adventures with my dog (Millie).

What are your top tips for resolving an issue?

Stay calm and take each issue one at a time. Problems seem easier to fix when they’re smaller.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you?

I used to dance with the Royal Ballet when I was 10, and I still dance and sing now.

What’s your favourite food?

It’s a difficult choice, but I would have to pick a classic Spaghetti Bolognese.

You’ve joined Sort Move at a really exciting time, what are you currently looking forward to the most in your new role?

I’m looking forward to seeing the new site launch and to get started working on a new product!
