We protect your clients from the worst, offering them safety blankets, if anything should fall through, for reasons beyond their control.
Your client will receive free protection for specific unforeseen events linked to their purchase; this could be up to the value of £1,000.

Please note that any fees incurred before this date will not be reclaimable. It is in the client's best interest to instruct the Solicitor of choice before, or on the same day as the mortgage application is made.
Once the case has been instructed, you’ll receive an email, giving you access to the policy documents.
Please note it is your responsibility to send a copy of this to the client.
The policy is valid for 365 days from the date of instruction. Providing ample cover. *
If your client should need to make a claim, they have access to a dedicated telephone number to initially register the claim: 01455 852100.
Your client must report their claim as soon as they become aware of any circumstances which could give rise to a claim under the insurance and no less than 14 days after the date of occurrence.
The claims reporting line will advise your client what information they'll need to provide.
